The overall aim of the Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group is to improve the quality of life for families and individuals with Myotonic Dystrophy.  In order to do this we depend on your annual subscription and kind donations to continue our work and to support research projects.

The Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group is a registered charity (number 1073211).

We offer help and supply information and newsletters to anyone affected by or interested in Myotonic Dystrophy but would like to encourage people to become members of the group.

An annual £10 membership includes all family members.  Contact us for an application form or click the link for a copy of the Membership Application Form that you can print off, complete and return to us.
